STAUFF offers a range of accessories for clamps in the Heavy Series that is unrivalled in its scope, quality and availability.
This includes weld plates in all available versions, which are used as base plates or ground plates. In addition to the simple weld plates, this also includes extended weld plates with fastening holes for anchor fastening as well as double weld plates.
Rail nuts from STAUFF allow the installation of tube clamps, hose clamps and cable clamps on mounting rails and C-rails, which are available in different heights. In contrast to the usual variants using welding or screws, the position of the clamps can easily be adjusted along the mounting rail before final tightening. Clamps can also easily be added or removed later on through the openings in the side of the mounting rail.
STAUFF CRA channel rail adaptors allow Heavy Series STAUFF clamps in block form to be easily and safely adapted to different profile rails from a number of renowned manufacturers. This allows tubes and hoses as well as cables and other components to be easily installed and then adjusted at any time later on.
Also included in the accessories range: Cover plates, safety locking plates, locking washers and safety washers, for example in accordance with DIN 93 (with one wing) and DIN 463 (with two wings).
As a standard, STAUFF supplies hexagon head screws, i.e. screws with a hexagon head type AS according to DIN 931 (with shaft) or DIN 933 (thread up to the head) or ANSI/ASME B18.2.1., hexagon socket screws, i.e. cheese-head screws with a hexagon socket type IS according to ISO 4762 (previously DIN 912) or ANSI/ASME B18.3. as well as stacking screws according to the STAUFF factory standard.
In terms of materials, the entire accessories range is available in steel or stainless steel in the qualities V2A 1.4301/1.4305 (AISI 304/303) and V4A 1.4401/1.4571 (AISI 316/316 Ti). The steel variants are supplied with different coatings from the factory (phosphated, plain/uncoated, zinc-nickel coating). The special STAUFF zinc/nickel coating offers reliable corrosion protection that goes far beyond previous market standards – even after transport, processing and assembly of the components. This was confirmed by tests in a salt spray chamber in line with EN ISO 9227.
