Liquid cooling systems are a central component of modern data centres with high power density. They enable efficient dissipation of the heat loads generated and make a significant contribution to the energy efficiency and availability of the IT infrastructure.

Area of application:
Fastening of pipes, tubes, cables and hoses in liquid-based cooling circuits within the data centre infrastructure.

Design and advantages:
The clamps are made of flame-retardant plastics based on polyamide or polypropylene and fulfil the requirements of the UL-94-V-0 classification. These materials are self-extinguishing and prevent burning particles from dripping, which makes an important contribution to fire safety in data centres. At the same time, they are characterised by high resistance to cooling media, temperature changes, UV influence and ambient conditions. Precisely moulded inner contours ensure low-stress cable routing and permanently protect pipes, tubes and hoses from damage.

Immersion cooling systems are used in particular for very high power densities. The direct cooling of IT hardware in electrically non-conductive liquids places special demands on material compatibility, cleanliness and long-term media resistance.
