Positive results

At STAUFF France, we conducted our customer satisfaction survey over a 4-week period. Our aim was clear: to gain a better understanding of our customers' expectations, what they already value and where we need to focus our efforts.

The results make us proud: we achieved an average score of 8.3 out of 10, based on feedback from a number of different communication channels.

Our customers have also shared with us concrete areas for improvement, and we take these comments very seriously. An action plan has been launched to improve these points, in collaboration with our logistics, technical and marketing departments.
